How can I enter to the apartment?

The access is done by using Nuki App Next we are going to guide you through the process of downloading and installing the app and opening the lock.

The code must have a AAA-BBB-CCC format

Accept the privacy policy

Click on “Introducir el código de invitación”

Enter the access code and push “Adelante”

Your invitation will be valid from 3:00 p.m. on the day you arrive until 12:00 p.m. on the day you leave.

For your own safety, do not use the Nuki app if you are not in front of the door.

Push “Activar el acceso a la posición”

Push “Omitir la demo”

To open push “Abrir la puerta”. For your own safety, do not use the Nuki app if you are not in front of the door.
