¿Cómo entro al alojamiento?

The access is done by using Nuki App. Next we are going to guide you through the process of downloading and installing the app and opening the lock.

1º Install the Nuki Smart Lock App

Select for Android

Select for Apple

2º Enter the invitation code that we sent to you

The code must have a AAA-BBB-CCC format

Accept the privacy policy
Click on “Enter invitation code”
Enter the access code and push “Next”

3º Now you can open the door

Your invitation will be valid from 3:00 p.m. on the day you arrive until 12:00 p.m. on the day you leave.

For your own safety, do not use the Nuki app, during this time interval, if you are not in front of the door.

Push “Enable location access”
Push “Skip demo”
To open push “Open door”.
